5. Limit of Liability & Jurisdiction

Shopx11 offers this application on an "as-is" and "as-available" structural standard. We assume no direct liability for real-time sports event cancellations, connectivity disruptions on consumer devices, or unannounced global schedule changes deployed by real-world athletic leagues. All legal claims are regulated strictly in accordance with local corporate operations frameworks.
